EUR-format pallets 1200 × 800 mm euro pallets

We make EUR-format pallets 1200 × 800 mm to the EPAL construction specification: 11 boards, 9 blocks, 144 mm high. They fit European logistics, trailers and racking, and are heat-treated to ISPM 15 for export. Important: we are not an EPAL licensee, so we do not apply the EPAL mark.

EUR-format wooden pallets with the IPPC mark
What matters

EUR format is a size and a construction. EPAL is a licence mark and an exchange pool. We make the former.

Exact dimensions

1200 × 800 × 144 mm: a standard 13.6 m semi-trailer takes 33 (three across, lengthwise) or 34 (all turned crosswise, two across).

A proven construction

The same 11-board, 9-block construction that became the European logistics standard over decades.

Honest marking

We apply the IPPC mark to ISPM 15 but not EPAL — so our pallets are not for the EPAL exchange pool, but suit one-way and closed-loop flows perfectly.

Frequently asked questions

01
Is a EUR pallet the same as an EPAL pallet?

Not quite. EUR format means the 1200 × 800 mm size and construction, while EPAL is a licence mark that only EPAL licensees may apply and that allows pallets to be swapped in the EPAL exchange pool. Our pallets use the same construction but carry no EPAL mark.

02
Can your EUR pallets be exchanged in the EPAL pool?

No. Only EPAL-marked pallets can be exchanged. Our EUR-format pallets are meant for one-way shipments, closed loops between your own sites and storage.

03
How much load does a EUR pallet carry?

Per the EPAL specification, up to 1,500 kg of evenly distributed load; in a stack of laden pallets on a flat floor the bottom pallet may carry up to 5,500 kg. The permitted load in racking is lower and depends on the rack type.

04
How many EUR pallets fit in a trailer?

A standard 13.6 m semi-trailer takes 33 EUR-format pallets in one layer loaded three across, or 34 with every pallet turned crosswise. You can work out the exact number for your vehicle in our pallet calculator.

05
How much does a EUR pallet cost?

Single-pallet prices are shown in the e-shop. For larger volumes and regular supply we quote individually — the unit price falls as the quantity grows.
