Non-standard pallets built to your dimensions and load
We make non-standard wooden pallets to your dimensions, drawing, sample or cargo description — from small display pallets to heavy-duty pallets over 2.6 m long. We choose the board thickness, blocks or stringers, two- or four-way entry and ISPM 15 heat treatment for export.
A non-standard pallet is designed from the load: its footprint, weight, how it is lifted and where it will travel.
Sized to the load
The pallet footprint matches the product, so edges do not overhang and the load does not shift — without paying for timber you do not need.
Construction for the load
Blocks or continuous stringers, deck density, board thickness and a lid are chosen for static, dynamic and racking loads.
For export and automation
Heat treatment and the IPPC mark to ISPM 15, and for automated warehouses precise dimensions and a flat bottom deck.

Common non-standard sizes can be ordered in the e-shop; everything else is made to an agreed specification from a single unit.
