Wooden pallets standard sizes and to your dimensions

We make wooden pallets in our own plant in the Klaipėda district: EUR-format 1200 × 800 mm, industrial 1200 × 1000 mm, half and quarter pallets, and any non-standard size. Light single-trip or heavy-duty multi-trip construction, heat-treated to ISPM 15 for export.

Tell us the size, quantity and delivery country — we will send a quote within 1–2 working days.

What matters

The pallet should fit the cargo, not the other way round — so dimensions, construction and treatment follow what you ship and where.

Any dimensions

Standard formats or pallets to your drawing: length, width, board count and thickness, blocks or stringers — all chosen to suit the load.

Load capacity to match

From light single-trip pallets to heavy-duty designs for multi-tonne equipment. Construction is matched to static, dynamic and racking loads.

ISPM 15 for export

Pallets bound for export are heat-treated (HT) and IPPC-marked, so they are accepted in every country that applies ISPM 15.

Frequently asked questions

01
What is the difference between a EUR pallet and an EPAL pallet?

EUR is a size format — 1200 × 800 mm. EPAL is a licence mark that only EPAL licensees may brand onto a pallet, and such pallets take part in the EPAL exchange pool. We build EUR-format pallets to the same construction specification, but without the EPAL mark. If your logistics chain specifically requires marked exchange pallets, tell us and we will advise on the best approach.

02
How much load can a wooden pallet carry?

It depends on the construction. Light single-trip pallets are indicatively meant for a few hundred kilograms, a standard EUR-construction pallet carries around 1,500 kg dynamic load and considerably more static load in a stack, and heavy-duty pallets are built for the specific cargo. Tell us the load weight and whether the pallets will sit in racking, and we will size the construction precisely.

03
Are the pallets suitable for export outside the EU?

Yes. Pallets for export are heat-treated and IPPC-marked to the ISPM 15 standard, and are accepted in every country that applies it. For wooden packaging moving within the EU, treatment is generally not mandatory. Mention the destination country in your enquiry so we can propose the right option straight away.

04
What timber are the pallets made from?

Mostly from softwood — pine and spruce — which is strong, light and holds nails well. Board thickness and timber grade are chosen for the pallet's purpose: single-trip shipping and repeated use have different requirements.

05
Can I order a small quantity?

Yes. The e-shop sells standard pallets from 100 units, collected at our plant. For fewer, call +370 698 22 821 — we often have stock. We also make non-standard pallets in small batches. The price per pallet falls as the quantity grows, and for regular supply we agree a delivery schedule.

06
How long does an order take?

Orders for standard formats are ready within 2–3 working days of payment — they are often already in stock. The lead time for non-standard pallets is stated in the quote — it depends on the construction, the quantity and whether heat treatment is required. For long-term customers we produce to a pre-agreed schedule.

07
Do you deliver to other countries?

Yes. Besides Lithuania, we supply Germany, France, Italy, Poland, Sweden and Norway. We quote either delivered to your address or for collection at our plant in Judrėnai. Wooden packaging bound for Norway and other non-EU countries is heat-treated and marked to ISPM 15.

Need transport packaging built around your cargo?
