Yes — that is how we usually work. We build to your technical documentation, and if there is no drawing we design the construction ourselves from the cargo's dimensions, weight and fixing points and agree it with you before production.

It depends on the equipment: bolts through the base runners, wooden blocks and wedges that stop it moving, or straps through purpose-made loops. What matters is that the weight rests on the runners and the load cannot shift during braking or handling.

Yes. For sea freight we match the dimensions to the container's internal size, heat-treat and mark the packaging to ISPM 15 and, where needed, add moisture protection — film, desiccants or a sealed plywood shell.

Yes. For returnable packaging we choose thicker timber, screwed joints and a construction that can be taken apart and reassembled. It pays off when packaging travels repeatedly between the same plants or warehouses.

We usually prepare the construction and quote within a few working days of receiving the dimensions, weight and cargo description. The production lead time is stated in the quote and depends on the complexity of the solution, the quantity and whether heat treatment is required.
